Accountability and Assessment

The 100th day of school was celebrated at Claiborne Elementary with Zero the Hero, also known as Ann Watts, EBR's Assessment Specialist, and Dr. Brister, Chief Academic Officer.

Eighty-seven percent of our schools improved their Performance Scores leading to our highest District Score of 86.2.  Since 2007, we have made solid strides each year.  When compared with other large Louisiana school districts, our 13.8 point growth over the last four years is among the best. Our District Snapshot  gives an overview of our academic progress.  To view a presentation of our 2011 scores, go to District and School Performance Update.
